1: SUPERMAN IMPERFECT.
"Born Bad" is a license applicant. My intention is to use it to talk about facts and deeds relating to the birth and development of the project Killer Elite. Some things were
Lorenzo Corti good masterfully told by the number 0, but there are so many to tell, from the first star of the project. It was not
Brugel to give birth Killer Elite was Leviatank. At least, that was before it all begins!
Leviatank for me was mainly a "guinea pig" on which to test the application of 3D graphics and photomanipulation to comics. Graphically it was heavily inspired by a cyborg designed by Travis Charest Wildstorm title on an old (no-prize for guessing !!!).
narratively speaking, then, at least in the beginning, Lev had a history, it was just an "instrument" on which to test the various graphics applications!
Then came the idea for Killer Elite, the story that could serve as a liaison, and shortly afterwards went on board the other authors.
After that, having regard to the hybridization of genres to which the project was veering, the beast was inserted into history.
A couple of killer post-human (Leviatank and viruses created by Sergio Calvo and Alexander Bragalini) would have given a lot of hard time to "gentlemen", adding a pinch of all hard-boiled fiction which is good.
From this starting point I tried an internal dynamic that tied my three characters, Bruegel, Leviatank and Amy.
The initial idea was that connected the three approach the "generational" murder on commission.
Brugel is the past, sober, professional and cool. Amy is
this, the modern action film, with John Woo and shootings across various cazzonerie.
Leviatank is the technological future of Terminator and Robocop.
It was yet another vision of the Beloved Veroheven film to "inspire" the story of Leviatank. In the end, even the original Robocop was so ...
Someone said "Deathlok"? ;)
However, the die is cast;
pass the ball to my fellow adventure! I'm sure we will see some good!
Above, one of the first images of Leviatank the beginning, the first, incomplete, depicting the table, then discarded.
