How Long Is Lifeexspectecy With Lewy Body

Metro Stop The

Two nights ago, at the headquarters of Cral Aosta Cogne, took a very interesting evening organized by the political movement ALPE, which supports Carlo Curtaz as mayoral candidate in municipal elections next May 23 to explain their "no" to the construction of the subway of Aosta and explain a range of alternatives for public transportation in the regional capital.

I'm not here to bring the actions of the evening, for reasons of space and interest, but I refer you link to the presentation in ppt of the evening, more than ever explanatory.

Anyway, there I copy below the text I had prepared and served to prepare and make the presentation.

METRO STOP - REFERENCES AND COMPARISONS

In the study of public transport by underground Geodata, a company entrusted by the regional government, it makes extensive reference to the case of "Minimetrò in Perugia as a success. But is this true? Let's analyze some data.

The people mover Perugia develops along a single line for a total length of 4 km. Connects the western suburbs of the city with the old town, crossing the railway. It 'been thought since the early 90s, but put into operation in 2008, following 5 years of actual work. The whole project cost a total of € 98m and the daily cost of management, managing the joint venture Minimetrò SpA (70% owned by the city), of € 25,000, or € 9,125,000 per year (source : Technical and economical data on CityRailways.it). Since 2007 an investigation was initiated on how to finance the work: they are in progress, in fact, investigations by the judiciary, which assumes the use of public funds of City of Perugia, even when the costs were to be a burden on the Minimetrò SpA company (source: The Nation, group Il Sole 24 Ore, July 14, 2009), however, controlled from the same town of Perugia.

Transport data are also very worrying: are estimates of 12,000 steps a day, but the numbers were seated about 2000-3000 units less. All this despite the bus network has been reorganized to bring people to minimetrò, which have been forced exchanges. To search king to interpret these data, we try to make a quick account. Assuming that for every working day of the year there is maximum demand measured (10 thousand), we obtain a value of about 3 million passengers a year. This means that the fee that the municipality pays for a single trip on minimetrò is at least € 3.3 for only 4 km of track. Added to these are also the costs of buses, which are necessary to bring users to the system (source: lavoce.info, January 29, 2010).

Instead, simply take a subway (or people mover, if you prefer) is similar to that of Umbria?

Turin and Parma

Other significant cases, although they may dimensionally appear farther from the case of Aosta, are Turin and Parma (source for both cases: lavoce.info, January 29, 2010 and April 23, 2010).

In the case of the Piedmontese capital, after decades of discussions, it has come to a VAL metro line (the first in Italy), still in the process of enlargement, which has led to results unsatisfactory with regard to the reduction of private transport: in fact, 90,000 people of Turin to take the subway every day, but only 25,000 are those who use this public transportation instead of their car. Impact in terms of reduction of private transport? 1%, a misery.

Even more ridiculous and paradoxical in the case of Parma: After years of work, the CIPE has withdrawn funding to work meaningless. All right then? Not really, because in the meantime have already spent a lot of public money (about 26M) for planning, personnel, purchase or rental of equipment, financial advances. Still others used it for the compensation of company won the contract.

The moral is that however the government throwing public money to the wind are not punished, because the state funding already allocated, however, will come in Emilia.

But these wastes and may be nonsense, if we want, avoided at source.

Pain In The Anus During Menstruation

goût du suicide est un don. Au PDL.

Nel titolo, di citazione Georges Bernanos, Scrittori inglese.

So let's do the math. 2005 municipal elections - won by Guido Grimod, backed by a coalition of center-left - the Democrats Sinista brought home 2,243 votes, and Margaret 448. Total for the then still existent PD: 2691. If this finding was observed, as pointed out by Regional Councillor Bertin Alberto La Stampa, was the third party in the regional capital, and back to Union Valdôtaine ALPE.

Now all know that UV veered right and that, once hastily downloaded the Tutt 'nothing but excellent addition Grimod ( goods et à jamais, M. Grimod , it seemed the message of the President of the Mouvement, Ego Perron), seeking to communicate with the PDL and the League. Aside from the paradox that the berluschini once popes from Rome said yes, you could find a candidate that Giordano Bruno who is a former Socialist councilor and the council's center-left of the Grimod , it is to emphasize yet another attempt at political suicide of PD that - apparently - is masochistic developing techniques that even the Marquis De Sade. With numbers of 2005 (UV 5099, Stella Alpina 2011, 1717 Fédération, Forza Italy 1361, AN 450) the total of the "strange alliance" would be 10,638, and if they had confirmed more or less than 21,000 voters before the election would mean victory in the first round of elections on May 23. There is, however, to believe that the electorate UV Valle d'Aosta , which from my point of view is not as "sheep" to follow always the signs of the Comité Fédéral (albeit tiny), do not like the ' Agreement avec les fascistes " and send to stretch the Lion Rampant.

political fiction? Maybe, but the fact is that the opportunity for the left Aosta is golden : You can govern without the Union, with an alliance composed of progressive regionalist (ALPE second party in Aosta), Democratic Party, and radical left . Feasible, and how. Except that the PD has always, understandably, declined ALP, the Federation of the Left and the Association Loris Fortuna (Radicals) to create the foundations for an alliance to oppose the destrismo strip that is invading also the region par excellence of the resistance, of anti-pseudo-nationalism and the ancient italics. Reason "non-goods" piddino: "L'ALPE it seeks to impose its line . Sic.

But the huge missed opportunity was that of the primary election held Sunday, April 11 from ALPE, Left and Radicals expression of three candidates with three souls of the alliance: Mario Vietti, Paolo Momigliano Curtaz and Carlo Levi (the latter also winning). And the PD , which should make directed its flag? There was, intimidated by no one knows that. The decision of the candidate will remain so in the control room Aosta Battalion of course, disguised as a civic list in collaboration with IdV Socialist nenniani (still exist?).

The most serious is that this rift, however absurd the PD Valle d'Aosta, downloaded from UV and unable even to respond to this abuse of power AC Milan, could give Aosta, my city, the right (the conditional use because I still believe in the intelligence of the voter Aosta).

I close by appealing to Raymond Donzé l, secretary of the PD VdA: cospargetevi ashes on their heads, there is still time to avoid yet another defeat .

Annual Day Welcome Speech

PD and Piedmont: analysis of a defeat

few days after the regional elections, my friend's blog Roads of France and I have started a conversation on the outcome of the consultation in Piedmont, reasoning the outcome of a bitter defeat, even in light of what my friend noted about the case he knew best, Lazio. You can find his post and its discussion here.

the interest of the story, I have gained an article find that below and that was also published on the site www.imille.org ( this is the link to post ) , which is the blog of reference of the Democratic Party led by Ivan and Scalfarotto Sofri jr.

look forward to know what you think!

outside Piedmont, probably, the only known the TAV in Val di Susa and the abortion pill. But Mercedes Bresso, who presided for the region for five years, was much more . It 'was the chairman of internationalization, the Euroregion, Piedmont open to the world, but also the president who defied Moretti and FS to obtain services for rail transport more efficient by opening an international tender without precedent in Italy. Still, the latest regional voters viejo Piemunt the preferred the invader Cota, a Milanese who passes himself off from Novara. Why? We try to find some weaknesses of the electoral campaign of the Democratic Party in Piedmont, not trying to blame Grillo ...:

  1. Torinocentrismo : La Bresse, also a former chairman of the regional capital of the province, won hands down in Turin: +9.90 %, still less when, five years ago struck Ghigo. Then, in the other provinces, nothing in Alexandria -1.81%, -9.06% Asti, Biella (VAT registration area to not bad) -11.45% -13.81% in Vercelli, Verbania-Cusio -Ossola -15.62% -15.72% Cuneo (province "rural"), Novara -15.87. Help .

In practice, Bresso only wins in Turin, with men and women in Turin (training) and without talking to the people of the valleys and of VAT.

  1. The PD does not speak to the people : it seems to shoot the red cross, but it is. Look at the above data: PD the missing where there is no militant to convince the electorate (that's not Turin) to vote . It prefers the League, with its reassuring that populism and triples (!) The vote in Piedmont. Therefore the PD must fall to the League's populism? Certainly not, but at least try to going to explain data in hand, to small entrepreneurs of the Biella textile that will not be the League's fiscal federalism in green sauce to lower the tax burden on the territory would fattoguadagnare some votes. And then the old constituency no longer exists in Turin South (Mirafiori, almost all families of southern origin, for the uninitiated), the League grows a bit 'as in Sesto San Giovanni. If it continues the flag with the sun Celtic soon invade the town and the province of Turin.
  2. The alliance with the UDC : it has certainly paid less than due. Probably the casiniani are committed to knowing little risk of making a lot of votes to the list rather than to their Bresso, but the PD still trust the Democrats to say that ... There is a local bigwig's Party - the "pro-life" Deodato Scanderebech (I swear that the name is true) - has shifted from the party just because the alliance with the Bresso, carrying a basin of votes not bad to Cota. And, incidentally, Scanderebech this is one of those who make policy in the markets, in deprived areas such as Porta Palazzo in Turin and Borgo Dora, where the Italians feel discriminated against immigrants: is paradoxical, I know, but it is so .

And these are only three points for analysis of the defeat. Here we need to analyze another question: why the PD national (or rather, Italian, as we say here in Aosta) has consistently ignored the Piedmont and its leaders? you think, that whatever came down from the north a Penati to Rome to save both ways? Or that the leader should always always always come from the Emilia-Romagna? In Piedmont, there are two of the most important - about - winning the Democratic Party: Mercedes Bresso , so now all that remains is the Committee of the Regions, and Sergio Chiamparino , due almost as mayor of Turin. Now, it will be a coincidence, but the first proposal for PD "federal" was just from Chiamparino that, moreover, has revived not long ago. Chiamparino, as well as Bresso pre-election campaign, is a left-wing politician (former communist) but understands the needs of a north that is inevitably changed and to which the largest party of the Italian left can not adapt. Pena style blows the last regional elections.
